4 While at the University of the District of
5 Columbia, I taught economics classes at the
6 undergraduate and graduate level and masters levels.
7 Focus was on urban theory, economic theory-, and
8 history of economic thought.
9 While at the University of the District of
10 Columbia, I held a number of administrative
11 commissions, the Chair of the Department of Economics,
12 the head of several research institutions --
13 institutes and conducted a number of economic
14 studies.
15 While on leave from 1986 to 1988, I was the
16 Deputy Director of the Mayor's policy office in the
17 District of Columbia, and I have also chaired as a
18 citizen a number of bodies or served on a number of
19 bodies in the District of Columbia, such as things as
20 Housing Commission, the D.C. Commission, the Licensing
21 Commission, and I have conducted a number of studies
