For you background, Contura Energy is one of the country's largest coal companies with affiliate mining operations across multiple major coal basins in Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming. You can find some additional information on Kevin in the attached bio. He will be arriving in D.C. that morning, so any time after 10:30 AM on Wednesday should 17cv01906 Siena Club v. EPA ED 001523B 00005858-00002 work. He is currently planning on flying out the afternoon of May 4, so morning would be preferable on Thursday. While Kevin has met Scott in the past, the topics of this visit would be somewhat introductory, but also include a conversation about the current and future challenges facing both the domestic production and use of coal. Any help you can provide in securing time with the Administrator would be greatly beneficial.
