If he requires the four items stated in Carlson's letter, then I suppose that is what they will have to do. With regard to our plant experience, we have had to (1) conduct spec ial physical examinetions, (2) provide protective clothing, (3) pur chase vacuum equipment, and (4) meet the 5 fibers per cc. fiber count as outlined in the regulations.
