Nevertheless, here's cur rundown of major activities during April. 1. Completed production of "10 Reasons" brochure. Began merchandising program. 2. Secured approval from Southern Building Code Congress International for an educational seminar on vinyl at the organization's annual meeting and conference in October. VI project team members to discuss next steps at the Vi's annual meeting this month. 3. Completed preliminary research and first draft of white paper on the history of vinyl in electrical applications. Additional research currently underway. 4. Prepared and presented merchandising program recommendations relating to the above. Included development of design comprehensive for a printed piece for broad distribution to engineers and other specifiers. 5. Conducted research with VI member company sales representatives and customers to gauge their interests and needs relating to existing and planned communications materials. 6. Developed and presented design comprehensive for an Electrical Materials Resource Directory including current and future communications materials and information. 7. Prepared and presented recommendations for an Electrical Materials video, using engineers and other specifiers to talk about their experiences relating to vinyl's overall performance characteristics in electrical applications.
