RE: Amendment #1 to Agreement No. VC-11.0-EHA Dear Dr. Wong:
The Chemical Manufacturers Association, on behalf of its Vinyl Chloride Panel, wishes to amend Agreement No. VC-11.0-EHA.
This Amendment authorizes an additional $1361.76 for this Agreement, making the total value of the Agreement $6990.76. The additional funds are to cover the cost overrun for the additional labor as required to complete the project. Our payment is enclosed.
All other terms and conditions of Agreement No. VC-11.0-EHA remain unchanged.
This represents our final payment for completion of the above contract.
