Items No. 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 23 were reported corrected on the previous report. The following is a report on newly corrected items and a progress report on the remaining item. COMPLETED ITEMS Item Number 1 Corrective Action Taken Installation of two hand electrical safety controls on tl and #3 Block press was completed by the Koester Corporation on 1/31/76. 4 Labeling of disconnects in our Lining Department was completed on 1/31/76. 19 Installation of permanent wiring to power equip ment in our Finishing Department was completed on 1/31/76. 22 Fabrication of containers for disposal of empty asbestos bags, to be used in conjunction with impermeable bags was completed on 1/15/76.
