The Board also approved the following 1971 assessment rates applicable to all members: Classification 1971 Rates Per Ton Mining Smelting & Refining Manufacturing Assembled Articles Pig Lead Sales in U.S. $.17 .07 .07 .04 .84 The 1971 rate per ton represents a decrease of approximately 20 percent under the 1970 assessment rate.
