Thanks so much for reaching out and letting me know! As we like to save our keynote speakers for the end of our program, we currently have him slotted for the I :20 PM - I :50 PM portion of the program. The Friday Lunch Session will start at 12:30 PM on December 8. We recommend he arrive at the Broadway Ballroom (A- F) of the Omni Nashville at 12:15 PM to run through any details of the program.
I have attached a few items for our meeting that I hope you find helpful. Also, I have listed a few questions below that will help me in planning for his attendance. Can you please answer these ASAP? Attached is our speaker form if that is easier for you or your team. If needed, I am happy to hop on a call to chat through these details.

This is wonderful! We are so excited to confirm and have him address our attendees on Friday at our lunch session!
I would like to include his headshot and bio in our on-site materials. As we are starting the production of these next week, are you ok with me pulling these from your website? As we spoke about, this will be the only promotion for his attendance.
For the fireside chat, our team is brainstorming a good moderator for this and I will be in touch with information on this. I have attached our speaker logistics form.
