Schmaltz SUBJECT: NAPA Turnaround Time Survey We have looked Into our shipping procedure to NAPA and have come up with the following: (1) Rayloc carries the freight for many NAPA Warehouses. Their truck normally arrives weekly however, there are some instances when there are two weeks between Rayloc trucks. For example: Rayloc last picked up on 6/10. Their next pick up is scheduled for this week either 6/21 or 6/24 depending upon what space is available on trucks in this area. The following is a list of Warehouses serviced by Rayloc: * Atlanta Latham Cleveland Columbus Denver High Point * Jacksonville Little Rock Hi ami * Minneapolis Phoenix Omaha Okla. City Salt Lake City Tampa Sylvester * Included in NAPA Survey. (2) It is not unusual for a warehouse order to be marked "hold shipment for prepaid freight". Attached are examples from NAPA Atlanta and Dallas. (3) To save on our freight expense, our Shipping Department will hold NAPA orders up to six (6) working days. This enables us to work up combination shipments, primarily to the Midwest and West Coast. Continued
