As part-cf ManheimTs compliance-program to meet the OSHA"asbestos standards, as of 10/24/72 all products leaving Manheim, which did not have asbestos fibers "locked-in" by a modifying agent, were labeled with a label meeting`the requirements of the C)SEA stand ard. The list of products so labeled at th^rtime was: _ Textile Products - Roving; Lap; Untreated Tarn, Cloth, & Tape; Wick & Rope;. RPD Molding Compound; Filter Fiber. . Packing Products: 26 Specific Anchor 'lumbers and 12 Specific EM numbers. You nay wish to have these instructions printed on the set boxes and , other containers to reduce cost. However, because of the impending change in the Asbestos Standard, ic^ftangcnant c: box design should be held up until_OSHA requirerects are known. As we have discussed. Vale Kissel and Joe Glennoa will coordinate the design of instruction cards for their needs with respect to sice and type of printing, etc. ` Instruction cards for use in set boxes can be identical for Manhein, Stratford and Peterborough.
