I think the record should be straightened out regarding your second paragraph. Purchasing and Production Control brought this matter to your attention inasmuch as we are obtaining 600 pair of Eaton brakes per month and not utilizing them. This meant that each schedule we provided to Rockwell increased their backlog of brakes due to the fact we were not using the Eaton brakes we had in stock. This means we continually place Rockwell in a position that they were unable to catch up to the backlog that we added to each schedule. Therefore, it was necessary either to determine that we did not want 600 pair .of Eaton brakes per month and reduce their schedule or provide the additional usage to utilize the number of brakes they had agreed to make for us.
