Notification was inadvertently omitted in the report dated June 9, 1978. 2) Because of operational problems, we have been unable to complete the installation of the following safety relief valves: " No. 2023 (included as part of Source No. 012), Compliance Schedule final completion date April 28, 1978. No. 56^1 and No. 56M (Source No. 016), Compliance Schedule final completion date July 15, 1978. Safety relief valve No. 2023 was erroneously reported as completed in a previous report.
