A meeting of the Executive Committee of the Lead. Industries Association was held at the Down Town Association on Friday, January 16, 1931, at 12:30 P. M.
Present: Clinton H. Creme,
Chairman. Hamilton M. Brush Fred M. Carter Ralph M. Roosevelt F. E. Wormser,
Secretary.
The minutes of the meeting of January 14, 1930 were approved.
A Budget of expenditures covering the general overhead, or activities of Interest to all the members of the Lead Industries Association for 1931 was proposed as follows, being the same as the budget adopted for 1930:

It was moved, seconded and carried that the Budget
for 1931 as set forth above, covering the general activities
of the Lead Industries Association of interest to all members
be adopted.
It was also moved, seconded and carried that the
Treasurer be authorised to mail quarterly statements of
assessments to members covering the first quarter of 1931,
equal to the statements covering the last quarter of 1930,
. making adjustments in subsequent statements when full re
turns regarding lead production or consumption of members
are received.

of Wilmington, Delaware, was reported by the Secretary, whereupon
It was moved, seconded and carried that the Bond Manufacturing Corporation of Wilmington, Delaware be admitted to membership in the Lead Industries Association and that the Secretary be instructed to notify the Bond Manufacturing Corporation of its election to membership.
The Secretary informed the Committee that he was unable to persuade one member to divulge his sheet lead and ! pipe statistics and requested instructions as to the wishes l. of the Executive Committee with regard to the statistics supplied by other sheet lead fabricators.
It was moved, seconded and carried that the Secretary be authorized to publish the aggregate sheet lead and lead pipe statistioB supplied by the members fabricating those products subject to their individual approval.
It was moved, seconded and oarried that the regular Annual Meeting of the Lead Industries Association
