X-ray diffraction showed no asbestos for the sample labeled stockroom. Dis persion staining optical microscopy revealed that this sample contained birefringent fibers with the optical and morphological characteristics of asbestos. This sample does contain asbestos, but less than 5?. If you have any questions about the above analysis, please give me a call at (201) 582-7512.
