It is my pleasure to inform you that the application of Harbison-Walker Refractories for membership in the Industrial Health Foundation has been ap proved by our Board of Trustees.
Enclosed is an invoice for $865. 00 which covers annual dues and the initial membership fee of $25. Upon receipt of your check a membership plaque will be sent to you under separate cover. It allows for continuity of use simply by chang ing the date insert each year upon renewal of membership. If you would like addi tional plaques, they may be obtained by completing and returning the attached or der form.
Harbison-Walker Refractories' dues of $840. 00 entitles the company to eight subscriptions to the Industrial Hygiene Digest, along with as many copies of Memos to Members as you find useful. As a member, your company also re ceives special discounts on other publications and reduced registration fees to all meetings and courses, as well as special rates on analytical services. In this way up to 50% is returned in member benefits.
As the liaison between your company and IHF, we ask that you complete the enclosed mailing list information. Additional subscriptions to the Digest over and above the allotted number may be purchased at the reduced rate of $35. There is no restriction to the Memos, and copies will be sent to whomever you designate.
