Please ask Jeet to sign as Chevron's representative, and return the signed copy to Linda Kangas of APl, at the address listed below. As I stated, this extension does not involve any additional funds. The Oversight Committee (on which I sit) simply felt that the Consortium should remain in place to oversee completion of the studies and final disbursement of funds, through the International Benzene Symposium, vvtlictl is sct1eduled for September, 2009 in Munich Germany.
