Sanborn visited the T Bar M Energy Resources, LLC oil and gas facility located near Beggs, Oklahoma on 01/29/2020 for an unannounced inspection. There were no representatives of T Bar M Energy Resources, LLC present for the inspection. The inspection was conducted by authority of the Clean Water Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act to determine compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. FACILITY DESCRIPTION The facility is known as the Tom Burrow Lease. Section II - OBSERVATIONS During the inspection, I observed the tank battery with no secondary containment and there was a cut in the berm wall at the facility. I observed runoff flowed towards a pond, which was not affected at the time of the inspection. During the inspection, the separator leaked from the base was corroded. The leaking fluids flowed from the battery towards the nearby pond. I observed some surface damage near the tank battery outside of the secondary containment area. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN There was a leaking separator and no secondary containment to prevent flow from the site towards a nearby pond.
