Dear Dr. Andersen, i I am an attorney for Nevada Power and am currently reviewing materials which Roberta Straub has provided |to me regarding your expertise and involvement in this case. Attached please find a rough outline of your expected testimony in this case. I am also faxing a copy of a pending amended complaint which if approved by the court will add more detail and increase the] formal damages demand to include equipment containing any level of PCBs.
