Mr. Reeves stated that ho felt It would bo advisable to continue our loaoo for another year, with tho Craap Shipbuilding Coapany for tho use of our property on Moyer Street as storage space, on the basis that either tho Craap Shipbuilding Coapany or John T. Lewis A Bros. Coapany could torainato it upon sixty days* notice. On a notion node by Mr. L. T. Beale, and seconded by Mr. A. M. Wilson, it was anaaiaously approved that Mr. Reeves bo given the power to negotiate and sign this lease on behalf of the coapany. Mr. Reeves presented a CAR in the aaount of $19,369*25, to cover tho cost of installing a new Proctor A Schwarts Drier in oar White-Lead Bopartaoat. Our old drier is not suitable for the proper handling of TSP Loads on other than a reduced yield basis, which liaits our production beyoad that consistent with our requirements. Tho new drier will be similar in type and operation to driers that have already proven satisfactory in the Chicago and St. Louis plants. On a notion made by Mr. L. T. Beale, and seconded by Mr. A. M. Wilson, it was unanimously decided to submit this to our lew fork Office.
