While these areas involve inter R & D group and interdepartmental coordinated efforts, there are areas that Quality Control must specifically attach - namely: 1. Q.C. Summary Report To more clearly dramatize plant performance, the Monthly Q.C. Summary Report will be revised to include a histogram presentation (pounds vs. property incrementally) on selected product properties. Timing: 2/5/71 - Initial report to be issued 2. Q.C. In-Process Report To improve presentation of this report individual products will be listed on one page. The report will be coordinated with P.E. such that process data is listed concurrently with the Q.C. properties. Timing: 2/1/71 - Data log to be started 2/15/71 - Initial report to be issued 5- Specification Review A specification review meeting will be held with Marketing, Production, P.E., Product Development and Q.C. Timing: 1/7/71 Process capability to be defined by Q.C./P.E. 1/11/71 - Specification meeting 1/15/71 - Specification to be issued 4. Work-Off * Proper work-off procedures to be established through coordina tion with CSL, P.E., Product Development and Production.
