of Contest in connection with the Citation and Notification of
Proposed Penalty NO. X9034-7 issued September 26, 1960. Clta-
tlon No. 1, Items 1 through 29 and their subparts, alleges 29
serious violations of the occupational safety and health
standards and proposes penalties totaling $25,640. Citation
No. 2, Items 1 through 4 and their subparts, alleges four
willful violations of the occupational safety and health
standards and proposes penalties totaling $24,600. Citation-
No. 3, Item 1 and Its subparts, allege!'one repeat violation
totaling $2,000. Citation No. 4, Items 1 through 4 and their
subparts, alleges four nonserlous (other) violations of the
occupational aafety and health standards and proposes penal
ties totaling $660. It la the Corporation's Intention to con
