Gottesman Executive Director TO: The VI Executive Board RE: Nominees For Vinvl Institute Officers Article VII of the bylaws of the Vinyl Institute reads as follows: "The elected officers of the Vinyl Institute shall be a Chairman of the Board, a Vice-Chairman of the Board, a Secretary and a Treasurer, who shall be elected by the Board. All officers shall be elected at the Annual Meeting of the Institute held in oddnumbered years and shall serve for terms of two years commencing on the first day of June, following their elections, or until their successors are duly elected. The Chairman of the Institute shall not serve more than one consecutive full term in this capacity." For your information, I have received the attached communication from John Russ, Chairman of the Nominating Committee advising the slate of nominees. William Patient, BFGoodrich Company This slate will be presented for election at the Executive Board meeting to be held in conjunction with the Annual Meeting in Dallas on May 29th. At that time.
