Exposure Limits; OSHA 8-hour Time Weighted Average (TWA) is 100 pg/m3 (as CrOa). ACGIH TLV-TWA is 50 ug/m3 (as Cr), with Appendix A, paragraph A2 notation (industrial Substances Suspect of Carcinogenic Potential for Man),
Routes of Exposure and Effects: Harmful if swallowed. May cause skin and eye irritation. Harmful if inhaled; May cause cancer - see "Exposure Limits" above.
First Aid; In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water fpr at least 15 minutes. Call a physician. Flush skin with water. If swallowed, induce vomiting immediately by giving 2 glasses of water and sticking finger down throat. Call a physician. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
