The higher figure last month was the result of our computer prograrrmer1 s (the undersigned) stupid error. He has made the appropriate corrections and the result is a corrected year to date total. He expresses his apologizies for his error. During May we received a total of 3,352,600 lbs which gives us a year to date total of 24,627,750 lbs. You should be aware that the EPA has new regulations for insurance, both sudden and nonsudden, which have been adopted by the TDWR. The Authority has the necessary liability insurance at present, however, we will have to secure the non sudden liability insurance. At this time we have no idea of the cost of the non sudden insurance. During May we received the results from our Compliance Monitoring Inspection which was conducted by the TCWR. The emphasis of their inspection vas on training and the unsaturated zone monitoring plan.
