Attached is a summary of the current requirements for the OSHA Lead Standard. It indicates how each section of the Standard is affected by the Court Stay and the revised compliance dates.
Details of the Stay will be discussed at the forthcoming LIA Environmental - Health Committee meeting, March 22, in New Orleans.
