Cleveland, Ohio Dear Sol: Confirming our telephone conversation of August 21st, we propose to call the leaded zinc oxides "Zinc Compounds." Zinc Compound Wo. 1 will be the 18$ leaded and we will designate it as Lehigh Leaded Zinc Oxide Mo. 116. The 12$ leaded will be called Zinc Compound No. ? and we propose to designate it as Lehigh Leaded Zinc Oxide No. 112. If you can arrange to do so, we would like to have the material packed in red cfyed Kraft bags similar to those we are now using on our present Lehigh Leaded Zinc cxide. I am enclosing an empty bag of our Lehign-ol which will show you the character of the dyed Kraft and also give you the dimensions and the placing of the numbers. Our Lehigh plates for printing the bags are flat bed plates and not suitable for use by the bag manufacturer. Ke will therefore have to make up his own plate. We are enclosing a clack and white printed Lehigh plate which we understand is what he needs to permit him to make his plate. So that you may have the complete file in this matter, we are also giving you a copy of our specification for the Lehigh label which is dated June 19, 1951. At the present time we continue to estimate that we will sell in the approximate ratio of 1 ton of Lehigh Leaded Zinc Oxide ho. 118 to 1 ton of Lehigh Leaded Zinc Oxide No. 112. Mr. Kenly is clearing the letter form of agreement with our Legal Department and will probably forward it to you in the course of the next several days. At this moment it looks as though the initial quantity of material that we will want put into warehouses will be between 500 and 600 tons. However, I would like to wait until next week to give you that final figure and to wait until about September 15th tc give you the exact tonnage at each of the several warehouses that we will use* N 25408.03 ?
