Use First coat on iron and steel surfaces under Palgard Epoxy Coating. Color Red, brown tone Weight 15 lbs., 10 oz. (U.S. gallon) 18 lbs., 12 oz. (Can. gallon) Consistency* Thin brushing Application Mix equal parts by volume of Palgard Metal Primer and Palgard Activator. Mix well and allow to stand one hour before use. Apply by brush. roller, or spray without further thinning. Mixed material not used within 12 hours will thicken and must be dis carded. Clean brushes and equipment with P&L Lacquer Thinner immediately after use. To reduce slipping hazard on FLOORS, use P&L Non-Slip Additive in final coat as follows: Add Activator to coating, let stand for one hour and thin each gallon of mixed enamel with one quart Duosol.
