Ed Taylor has joined the Biomedical and Environmental Affairs Department as of August 7th. Ed has previous experience at Hammond, LCCP, and LCVCM. 3. JCL met with EPA-Dallas to discuss wastewater permit performance at Lake Charles. It appears we will be penalized and be required to implement corrective action, 4. JCL met with Monsanto to discuss future direction of CLER. 5. JCL met with Franklin Associates to review their study on lead from PVC in Municipal Solid waste. 6. JCL attended a meeting of CMA's International Affairs Committee. 6. The LCCC Groundwater Feasibility Study and Treatment Alternative's was submitted to Louisiana DEQ. -tv T. G.
