Glad to see you're finally set up with an official email
Attached is the completed form per your request. Given how early on in the planning stages we are, the answers to some of these questions will depend in large part on the Administrator's schedule, preferences, etc. In addition to what's on there, I just wanted to put a couple of additional things on your radar:
1. It is standard procedure for our events to be photographed and videotaped. The event videos are usually made public on our website and YouTube channel; but we can refrain from posting the video if the Administrator prefers not to make it public.
2. In addition to the actual event, I wanted to let you know that it is customary for us to invite some of our featured speakers to attend a post-event dinner with a select group of our leadership and trustees. Once we get something on the books, let me know if this is something Administrator Pruitt would be interested in.
