On 2, he and Mandy were just able to sit down last week and begin discussing the RINs program and increasing accountability and integrity there. (We've been on the road a lot). Ultimately It's his decision- not hers. Since the EPA (previous Admin)'s concerns re Corn Oil 1 and others looking to be included stem from our tracking abilities from an accountability standpoint, we need to make sure the program is well equipped before making any decisions. I know we've been a bit slow/ understaffed but we appreciate your patience!

2. Corn Oil 1- My understanding of where the issue stands right now (in coordination with Ernst & Grassley's office) is that we are waiting on more information and/or a decision from Mandy at EPA. My boss is planning on mentioning to Sec. Pruitt that we are eager to see that issue resolved. Any updates from your end on that?
