Incidentally, I had a splendid vacation of fishing, horseback riding, walking and loafing, and accomplished what I wished above all to do, namely, to recover from a labyrinthitis which had been sapping at the roots of my ability to get things done for sorae time. I am virtually well and ready to get to work. That is a good thing, for there is quite an accumulation of things to be done, on my doorstep. We or, at least, 1 shall be content to wait for the early completion of my editorial job, before undertaking to obtain a decision as to how it is to be dealt with. Something, I am sure, will depend on the volume of the material. 1 can only say that I do riot think it would serve the best purpose of reproducing this material to split it into two or more issues. Much would fce lost in the process, including the continuity which, I think, is necessary. I should say to you, however, that I had considered that Mr. Mayo was referring to the cost of a separate issue when he spoke of costs, but to that matter, as well, we can give consideration at the proper time.
