Mr. Elmer A. Orscheln President Orscheln Bros. Truck Line Highway 24 East Moberly, MO 65270
Dear Elmer;
As promised in our November 3 meeting, attached is a list of potential truckload volume destinations within your 15 state irregular route operating authority.
To the extent possible, this traffic will be routed within our Regional Transportation Coordination (RTC) program. However, if RTC carriers are not available, orscheln would be considered as a back-up carrier if your rates are competitive. You may wish to review your rate structure to the listed states or cities to insure they are competitive with Truck Transport, Antweiler Trucking and others operating in the area.
At present, Orscheln is primary carrier for Missouri and Kansas City, Kansas truckload traffic.
Sincerely,
CEF/mjh
