Curtis A Glass PLAINTIFF'S EXHIBIT MON-2059 This morning a sample bomb containing "mostly nitrogen with a small percentage of AN" (Acrylonitrile) was observed being carried from the Safety and Loss Prevention offices on the third floor of the main office building. A Stop Observation report was written on this incident. The person carrying the bomb told me I was not competent to make a judgement as to the safety of the presence of such an item in this building. He was told that my main concern with this incident was that this is a rather conventional office building which is not equipped to readily cope with hazardous gas or liquid spills. Our only options in such events are to ignore it and be ex posed or to leave the building until the hazardous material has been removed.
