II. OSHA HAZARD COMMUNICATION RULE The plant's plan for complying with the labeling requirements of the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard was finalized. Data entry for the plant electronic data base was completed. III. RESPIRATORY PROTECTION A quarterly check of the plant respirator program was conducted. INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE PROGRAM ASSESSMENT An assessment of the plant*s industrial hygiene program was conducted on September 24-25 by a team made up of T. Grumbles, M. Goodreau, K. Fogg, and J. Drurawright, M.D. V. VENTILATION The quarterly checks of the Lab and Compound ventilation systems were completed. One lab filter was found to be dirty and was subsequently cleaned.
