I thought you were aware of these items, except for the most recent one or two, but some recent ROC's indicate we may have been remiss in properly supplying you. Two important points to remember: 1) The mere presence of asbestos in a plant does not constitute a hazard or a cause for OSHA citation. Asbestos fibers in the breathing zones of employees does present a potential hazard. 2) Asbestos has not been banned by the federal government except for EPA's restriction on certain insulation products to be sprayed. If you have any customers who need a full "presentation" to attempt to preclude fear or prohibition of asbestos we will be glad to help from here. /At 4phn L.
