George Gassard, Superintendent for the subject company, Hr. liundinger reviewed the contents of your report dated March 18, 1946 and at the conclusion of this review, Hr. Cassard requested a statement of some sort which he might retain for his records, and in reviewing the situation, i t seems to us that the second last paragraph appearing in your liaroh 13 leuter would suffice. He hesitate to supply such a statement prior to receiving your permission. If i t meets with your approval, we would be glad to prepare such a statement for Hr. Cassard in which we would merely quote, say for instance, the para graph already mentioned herein. Incidentally, Mr. Cassard seems very satisfied with your analysis and explanation concerning the con dition of storage tanks.
