Hampstead, New Hampshire 03841 Dear Mr. Hill: On April 17th, 2024, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency performed an inspection of Hampstead Pickleball Club (" Site ") regarding compliance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (" NPDES ") program of the Clean Water Act (" CWA "). A copy of the inspection report is enclosed with this letter. Provide responses and submissions to each numbered item below regarding the Site within 30 days of receipt of this letter to Karissa Oakes of my staff at oakes.karissa@epa.gov. 1. During the inspection, Mr. Hill explained to EPA inspectors that certain disturbed areas at the time of the inspection (photos 1-2) would be stabilized by hydroseed within approximately a week. Provide an update, with photos, of the stabilization measures taken at this area of the Site. 2. Part 1.5 of the 2022 Construction General Permit requires the posting of a sign or other notice of your permit coverage at a safe, publicly accessible location in close proximity to the Site. Provide a photo of the sign posted in a place where it may be viewed from the public right of way for the remainder of time the Site maintains an active permit status.
