Gardiner, President 3. French Reeves, Tice President Morris 8. Merritt, Secretary Leonard T. Beale, Director. The meeting was called to order by Mr. J. W. Gardiner, who presided in the absenee of Mr. Idtrard F. Bede, and Mr. Morris 8. Merritt reported the minutes of the meeting. The minutes of our meeting of dune 11 were read and approved. Mr. Reeves referred to the ease of Bronislaw Budseneki, who is 45 years old and who has had 54 years of service with the Company. It was deeided that he should be placed on a pension under the usual regulations. Mr* Reeves reported that he has received word from the Executive Committee of the Rational Load Company regarding special action that has been taken for employees in our Trucking Department, whose employment may he terminated due to changes in working conditions.
