Toca Attached are area summaries, summaries of excursions above 1, 5, 25 and 100 ppm VCM and a listing of all excursions observed at or above 100 ppm VCM. Monitoring points RE #9 and #20 remained in special service during this report period. The Plant was in operation seven days for this report period running at about 87% utilization. The following summaries are taken from a tabulation of 25% of the data or one set of readings per hour. The Reactor Building showed 494 readings 7 1 ppm, 15 excursions 7 25 ppm and 1 reading 7100 ppm. The Pilot Plant showed 595 readings 71 ppm, 1 excursion 7 25 ppm and no readings >-100 ppm. The General Area showed 278 readings 71 ppm, 20 excursions 725 ppm and 4 readings 7100 ppm. The Lift Station showed 43 readings/' 1 ppm and no excursions ,7 25 ppm. The Parshall Flume showed 107 readings 7 1 ppm and no excursions 7 25 ppm. All readings greater than or equal to 100 ppm are tabulated in Table IV. Thirteen readings at or above 100 ppm occurred during this report period reflecting ten separate incidents. One incident occurred in the Reactor Building affecting the first and second floor center aisles. Nine incidents occurred in the General Area affecting the VCM pumps in the tank farm and the VCM rail car unloading area. There were no incidents in the Pilot Plant during this report period.
