Build pipe bridge across street up to vicinity of hori zontal tank 204 (NE one) . 2. Install aluminum Aroclor piping across bridge. All tank farm tie-ins are on west face of bridge. Lines to ware house are on east face, utilities underneath. 3. Tie in vertical storage tanks, 700 and 702, marks 8 and 9 to lines going to 1242 and 1254 tanks in tank farm. The routing should not utilize the horizontal tank area. Do not dismantle connections to existing loading docks. 4. Run the plant on 1242, 1254 and, if necessary, a product that can be handled in the west pair of horizontal tanks. Continue to use existing loading docks until steam is tied in to new tank farm. 5. Relocate the line from the porocell column to tanks 700 702 (#5 and 6 vertical tanks) to a permanent place utiliz ing the pipe support used for step 3 above. Supports east of the pipe bridge should anticipate 5 column product lines. 6. Dismantle the east pair of horizontal storage tanks (203 and 204). Install catwalks to building 27. Connect steam and nitrogen to pipe bridge. 7. Tank farm start-up now begins with 1242, 1254 (west row of tanks 704, 705, 707, 708). 8. Complete Aroclor transfer lines onto pipe bridge from marks 7A and 7B (#1 and #3 filtrate receiver lines thru north wall of Department 27) to flexible hose selector station on new pipe bridge. 9. Revise stair ways and direct piping from Building 27 (7A and 7B) to tanks 700 and 702. Use porocell column for 1242, and send other products direct to tank farm during this brief period. 11.
