I had intended to try to get together with you during the course of the XIII International Congress on Occupational Health and discuss your recent trip to Europe with you. However, as you can probably appreciate, a multitude of minor crises arose during the course of the Congress which needed some solutions and, as Secretary-General, apparently I was the only one in a position to nrovide the solutions. The result was that I had little opportunity to sit down with friends and discuss problems which I had wanted to discuss with them. In any event, the information you supplied me by phone yesterday was extremely helpful to us, and I greatly appreciate your call. I do not know how we came to overlook sending you the attached report which represents a very minor study which we conducted at the Esso Research Center.
