At the time of the inspection the well was equipped with open ended tubing which was blocked with mud/grass/debris which prevented the observance of the the fluid level down the tubing. The annulus was open to the atmosphere and the fluid level was observed to be 877 feet below the annular opening. The well was disconnected, there was no well sign present and the well appeared to be temporarily abandoned. At the time of the inspection the well was overdue for MIT.
