Is there a plan for how we respond to inquiries regarding the CAA 112(i)(4) presidential exemption that was mentioned in all of the deregulatory Fact Sheets ... with a deadline of March 31st? Who does it got to? What information is expected? I got a call yesterday from someone asking those questions and I had no answers for the caller. Jason, I was hoping that maybe you could answer a question for me or point me in the direction of someone who can... EPA published a tact Sheet on 3/12/25 regarding reconsideration of the MATS RTR. On the very top of page 2 of the document, it states that "Any source interested in a Presidential exemption, should provide their recommendations to EPA by March 31, 2025." Who at EPA does this go to specifically? There is not much time until 3/31/25, so I want to make sure I know where this needs to go in case TVA decides one is warranted. Thanks for your help!
