Dear Mr. Grounds: On September 27, 2021, Pilot Water Solutions, LLC ("Pilot") entered into an Administrative Compliance Order on Consent ("AOC"), Docket No. CAA-06-2021-3373, with the United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") to resolve certain alleged violations of the Texas Administrative Code, which had been adopted into the Texas State Implementation Plan. Pursuant to the AOC, Pilot agreed to specific requirements as outlined in paragraph 25 to be completed within ninety (90) days of the AOC Effective Date (i.e., no later than December 27, 2021). EPA has received and reviewed your December 9, 2021final letter report, required under AOC paragraph 25.c., of all work completed under the AOC.
