We have identified our use of Pfas in three main parts. One in readymade garments that we purchase: In some wintergarments, Hi-Vis garments etc. wherethe Pfas is used to achieve an water and stain resistant effect. Alternative methods are available and we are working on replacing these article for article. PPE garments Chemical Splash SS EN 13034. Garments that we produce. For those we purchase ready made material that complies with the requirements, i.e. mostly material for garments to be certified accordi ng to SS EN 13034. The Swedish Chemicals Agency (KEMI) is responsible forthe use in TULAC (textiles, upholstery, leather, apparel and carpets). As part of working on that we have identified a need for more information on the use in protective clothing.
