RE: Antimony Plant Conversion 2- Chamber Baghouse and Ductwork
Gentlemen:
We are pleased to submit our bid on the above referenced project. We propose to furnish and install the thermal insulation and jacketing as follows:
1. Baghouse Sides, Top, and Hoppers 3" thick mineral wool secured with 10 gauge weld pins between stiffener ribs..016 corrugated aluminum sheets shall be screwed to the stiffener ribs. We have assumed that the space between each baghouse will not be filled; however, the two baghouse modules will be "boxed-in" with insulation and jacketing.
2. New Ductwork and Repair of Existing Ductwork 3" thick mineral wool secured to the duct in a similiar fashion as the baghouse. The metal finish will match the existing. Expansion joints, butterfly dampers, and access doors will be left open.

We have figured in all of our own scaffolding. This price is based on no overtime work.

We are pleased to offer this proposal to insulate and weather proof the new bag filters, cone's, transitions, duct and piping associated with the above referenced project.
We propose to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, scaffolding, materials, insurance and supervision to complete our portion of the project.
Our proposal is in strict accordance with drawings and specifications furnished. All materials will match existing equipment, duct and etc.
Our lump sum price to perform the above work is $19,800.00.
We would also propose to remove and replace insulation as required on a T/H basis.. All materials required will be invoiced at our cost plus 17%. All labor will be invoiced at our standard rates which are on file with Asarco.

We propose to insulate the above referenced project for the total sum of $29,000.00.
The project will be insulated in strict compliance with the owner's specifications.
The insulation shall be 3" fiberglass and the finish will be .016 aluminum jacket, matching the existing one.
We also propose to replace any damaged insulation for $9.65 per square foot. We also propose to remove only, any insulation required to be removed for $12.00 per hour.
