The annual meeting will begin with a reception and dinner at 6:30 PM on November 1st. The meetings will begin the morning of November 2nd and conclude late afternoon on the 3rd. I have attached the registration form to fill in and e-mail back to me directly. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Ritz-Carlton in Tyson's Corner, Virginia for the meeting participants. If you have not done so, please contact the hotel directly to arrange for your stay based on your travel plans.
