You vnll recall that the above claim involves an employee of our subsidiary
company who has recently filed a clain for cancer of the entire body, which she alienee was caused "by an inhalation and exposure to chemicals over a period of twenty years11. I appreciate your taking the time to revievj this matter with me earlier this week, and thank you for agreeing to represent Spr ayon 1n this "c1 air.
I have made copies of the correspondence already in r-y file which I am en closing herewith so that you ,?,sy review them once again. Also, pursuant to our discussion I will arranoe to compile additional information reoarding the claimant's work history at Sorayon and the ootential hazardous measures to which she may have been exposed during her employment. In addition I will attempt to interview some of her supervisors and personnel at Sorayon Products who may have knowledge of her history of treatment for cancer in
the past.
If possible I would like to arrange for you to visit the Sprayon Plant next month, to discuss this claim with Sprayon's Technical Director and our Industrial Hygienist. I will discuss this with you further at a later date.
