Roberta of the Associated Kthy1 Company Ltd., asking for information with respect to the adequacy of the periodic examination cf workmen engaged in mixing Bthyl Fluid with gasoline. I am replying to this by sending you a copy of a memorandum which I prepared some time ago for the use of physicians in connection with the supervision of these workmen. This, I believe, will convey my general ideas on the subject but in order to be more specific, I am sending you a copy of our examination blanks which cover the initial physical examination and which deal also with the details of the periodic examination in a tabular form. It la our practice to re-examine workmen in detail on the occasion of each visit.
