when I mentioned S i l v i n a 's participation at EPA HQ to the G r o u p , I got some strong negative body 1anguage. I fol1owed u p . Apparently she and Rene Fuentes (spel1ing?) were heavily involved with writing the FS when that was taken over by EPA and in wri ti ng the ROD and so are vi ewed by the Group as 1i kely to be protective of thei r w ork product and as a di rect pi peli ne back to the Regi on 10 peopl e that they worked with on thi s . Not sure there is anythi ng to be done but j ust need to be a w a r e .
